I can understand forgetting a pump or harness or something, ( i do it all the time) but how do you forget everything? How do you walk back to the car after a kite carrying nothing and think its normal? Haha good luck finding your gear.
I left my board on the beach once
Drove to another spot 10 km down the coast
Grabbed out my kite and haress
S*%t ,Wheres my board
Drove back to where I was kiting
And there was a lady walking around the headland asking if anybody owned it 
Leaving a board is pretty standard but forgetting everything and going back to the car empty handed? Seriously.
100 buck reward for a full kit is a bit of a tightass call...
Should at least throw in a case of beer and a happy ending
I can understand how you can leave a Naish kite behind- but to leave a cabrinha kite is insane...
