With uni holidays coming up, I'm thinking of heading north for some trade wind fun. Does anyone know of any schools in Queensland that would be offering either the Assistant Instructor/Full level 1 instructor course around that time?

You can do the course in the Brisbane area, but you're wasting your time at this time of year. You need to head much further north for the trade winds.
