Hey Gang,

Can you guys PM me for the next one. I'm new in QLD, Burleigh Heads. I have heard about DI while in NSW and cannot wait to go.

Been kiting for 2 years and not a begginer, just started tryi9ng waves and loving every bit of it.

Got 4x4 Wrangler and gear trailer so give me a yell for the next one. I was thinking of just going anyway but it will be better with a crew.

BTW, it seems the next few days is a SE :( any advice where to Kite on the Gold Coast for those conditions?

Cheers

V

Double Island is about a 4hr drive from the GC depending on the tide, so you really want to be sure that you going to get wind and make a weekend of it. There's a lot of other good places closer to the GC.
SE on the GC try anywhere from Mermaid, Miami, Palmy or Currumbin.
