Went out today and it was in front of a storm looked ok then wind went from 15-18 too i would say 60 for about 2 mins mean time on board crusing then i was hammering , slamed the water got kite too wind window edge then kite sort of turn on the spot wraped lines around it then powered up . Kite is not designed for this wind . leading edge bladder went off like a gun . All said and done one stuffed bladder and torn leading edge . Who repairs in bris sunny coast area . Has any else been as stupid as me and done what i did . What is the correct way too handle this amount of wind gust .
