Is there any chance of getting some north westers in the whats left for the season would love to di more than once this year . It has been nothing but easterly crap for the year . bring on the elneo for next year we need wind and draught .
want to ride again at double island piont the best kiting spot around se qld . Here at hervey bay dosnt work that good on anything but a notherly something. So i think i might have to find a place close by that works on an easterly . The closest i found so far is elliot heads still 1-1/2 hour drive though.
South Easterly is awesome at Goldcoast, my favourite breeze. Big long tacks up and down the broadwater on raceboard.

Hervey bay is epic in a good SE. I wouldn't swap 1 good SE day for 5 N'lies Sam. Let the tide drop a bit, sandbars become exposed, water flattens off, there are spits to jump over, swell on the outside if you want, doesn't get any better. Did I mention the lack of crowds? Was out yesterday in 16-22 knts, flat water, all by myself for 2 hours.
