Anyone else have fun Thursday arvo ? Was sitting at home and looking at Gold Coast change from 10 knots Westerly to 20 - 25 Southerly, it took about 2 hours to get here but was worth the wait. At 4.15 I could see it coming across the bay & dived out to start pumping up my 10 switchy. I had 1/12 hours of jump practice with plenty of hang time, cool arvo hopefully good signs for summer.
Sure did, was stuck at work and checked the wind and saw coolangatta had been hit and knew it would be on in about 40mins. Got out at about 4:30 till dark.
KFC was pumping and only 4 us were out. Had the 9m up and it was heaps of fun!
Roll on summer, Saturday looking good for a warm northerly blast. See you on the water.
