We are going camping! you can tag along if you want to come too.
Leaving Surf FX at 9am (or come up later if you have to work) on Friday the 8th, 2 days of camping, SUPing, kiteboarding, surfing and whatever else. Back 10th evening. BYO food, WATER, beer (cans only) and anything else you need. You will need a 4X4 with a recovery point. We will have some demo kites and boards to try too. Each vehicle will need a permit and a camping permit (link below).
There are no shops, few toilets, sleeping in the dunes, its real camping. You need to bring everything you need to survive for 3 days. Drive to Noosa, take the barge across the river then get on the beach and head north to the Teewah camping area. We will be camping at the northern end of the camping zone. If your going later you should drive to Rainbow Beach and take the freshwater track to the beach as the tide will be too high to drive from Noosa.
Low tide on Friday is 1pm

Just over a week to go!
Looks like we are going to have a great turn out again. On out DI trip last September we had 81 people come up. If you can guess the number we get this time you can share a tent with Guy 
Just checked the beach report and the beach is closed to 4X4s from rainbow beach to Double Island Point due to fallen trees. So if your driving from Rainbow you have to take the Freshwater track
Considering there was no real wind it looks like everyone had a great time which that place is good for . Will be at the next one will have to get there soon as there is not many days of summer left .
