Thought I'd give this a run on here to try and get a place with a fellow kiter.
I'm relocating from Cairns around mid Dec and will be needing to get a decent pad close to Sandgate. Alternatively would be definatley keen to go in with someone in same situation to rent a nice place also. Maybe 2 or 3 bedroom?

Hey Jay, just doing a recognizance to move up there (from Brisbane) myself. Think it would be freaking cool to live so close to the water.
Anybody else out there think that a kiteboarding sharehouse somewhere close to the Sangate and Brighton beaches would be a good idea? Or is there already one out there? Anybody else want to band together to rent a place out? -Julian
