Not sure if this can be answered but the council has closed alot of the beaches around Brisbane, Sandgate, Redcliffe because of the state they have been in. i have found it to be the case that if you have an accident at a closed beach your insurance will obviously not cover you because your using the area at your own risk. So are any of the closed beaches back open as yet.
