Spending 2 week early april and my family are keen to do some lessons

Adventure Sports in Noosa 07-5455 6677. 203 / 6a Gympie TCE Noosaville. All the people we pointed to their direction gave top remarks.
There's also Uncle Ray (email: uncleray@flexinet.com.au) and Brian Kay (hotwatersports@bigpond.com) they also teach around Noosa. Half hour north at Lake Cootharaba you have Martin teaching there.
