G'day Folks

I've just moved up to Cairns and after a 6 month hiatus in Sydney I am absolutely frothing to get out on the water again.

I am, however, keen to get some local knowledge and advice before launching myself out there.

If there is anyone who might be able to able to toss a few pearls of wisdom my way, it would be much appreciated.

Cheers

There are currently stingers in the water at most northern beaches. Also the wind is somewhat average, if you go out don't fall.
