The paper reported that the kite went down at the shark nets while he was trying to land his kite on the beach. Thats one hell of a boost... 
wholey Crap.. hopefully this is some mistake and it was an abandoned kite... Sunday was hectic conditions...
Edit: oops, assumed this was a new post about last sunday. So no one has heard anything? Hopefully that means it was a mistake.?
