Hi
I new to kitesurfing and looking to all the gear.
I've just moved to the Brisbane area.

I've been given two good prices options. What would' be the best for me out of these two below options for kites?
(I've learnt with the XR3 and liked it. I'm finding it had to find reviews on the Mutiny S series) .

- 2013 Mutiny S series 12m
- Core XR3 11m kite

Hey bud, best for you would depend on your board n skill level n your weight n als
the type of crappy conditions in Brisbane you'll be kiting in.. If you go for a 11 or 12, you'll still need an 8 or 9. If your over 90kg's you'll want bigger kites for most
Conditions..

I used to be 82 kg's and my first kite was a 14M WHICH WAS PERFECT. You want to be out
there learning in 12-15knots it's So much easier... Being an early day kite instructor, Flat water and a Big Slow Kite
is far easier too learn in that climate rather than 15-20 and a fast smaller kite... You'll get worked!
Get a big board too... That would suit Brisbane and you learning too a T. I see a lot of new comers
these day's wasting their time and money with Hot Air that get's put into their head's.... And too small a kite n board....

Cool. That makes sense. Will need to learn to control a big stable kite and progress to stronger and more faster turns of the kite I'm guessing.

Well in terms of board I've been recommended 137mm board.
I learnt on a Blankforce MK3. Was a really light carbon board.
I've been offered a new Blankforce logic for 750 or a used Blankforce mk3 for the same price. I've done research on the kites and boards and all seem to be good reviews. Hard to make decision on some pricey gear.
They're are limited but good reviews on mutiny s series.

Anyone have good or bad notes on these boards or above kites?
