Wind was ok
Did a couple of short DWs between South Broadbeach and North Surfers Paradise
Or thats what the Light Rail Stations were named
Only a short walk to the Rail Station from the beach 
LR is unreal,only need to wait 2-3 mins both times
Only trouble with it, was I was still wet while on the train 
no sun today
still dripping,floor was wet
Must of got photographed 20 times today 
Japanese tourists hanging on the beach with Ipads and cameras and Phones
Might go to the Kite Jam Greggor

I downwinded from Broadbeach to Seaworld twice
And caught the bus back
The light rail does not go that far 
Clubies were having a big carinval at Surfers today

Life of Brian style - "you are a naughty naughty boy" - They used to chase with IRB if they feel stressed - When I made the SE QLD kitesurfing map on google the number of SL towers along the beach zone was a surprise.
Watch out for those tourists - they just nab you - this happened during first kitejam to Tristan coming in for a pit-stop..
Have done 4 downwinders over the last 2 days,no wind here on the Goldy yet today
And I have not seen anyone doing downwinders here 
On Friday the wind was OK and there where only 3 other kiters I saw
Weekday,most kiters at work
But on Saturday the wind was unreal,there where probably 12-15 kiters out
But no one except me were doing DWers
They were just kiting out and back
Nearly everyone who kites at the beach on the Sunny Coast does DWers
Clubbies were having a big carnival at Surfers today I went straight through their arena twice accidently
In my defence, the first time I went through I saw a large group of people on the beach at Surfers, thinking it was just normal for a Saturday
It wasn't until I turned my head to look out to sea to see 20 clubbies on wave skis heading towards me that I was in the middle of a SLS carnival
And the second time I noticed about 6-8 surf paddle boats on the beach ready to take off
I headed way out to sea [ didn't want to get mowed over by a bunch of clubbies in surf paddle boats ] eeeeeeeeewwwww
I was out near the cans,about 1.5km from the beach
And the IRB came over and advised me nicely that I was in the SLS arena
Dont think the Sunny Coast has events like this
Might do a long DW on a windy,cloudy,stormy day and be lucky to pass 5 people on the beach on the Sunny Coast
So many helicopters in the sky above the beach yesterday
