Attention Kiteflyriders: I found a kite "holding on to bar" with many strings attached opposite the big house at Shearwater. The strings are not in their normal flying position but rather seem to have been intentionally wound up in a figure of eight fashion around the handle device. There appears to be the owners name "Ozone" embossed on it.
