They have no abn,liability or mobile council business trading license, not to mention tax evasion. The beach here is not suitable for this kindergarten training Centre.

What a bigot you are. Our beaches are public property that allows anyone to come and visit. If they are teaching at your local, how about you introduce yourself to them? They most likely have permission to teach anyway. Have you asked them for proof of license? No you have not because it's none of your God damn business ya bogan! You should take it up with the council then and say, "... Err excuse meh bot why are you allowing euro seppos to teach on OUR beaches let alone kite here?". LOL
Maybe you should consider Larna's bail conditions or sentence to appreciate that Australia does not belong just to 'whites'.

The beach is all of 4 m wide and 10m long at high tide.
Theres a stupid amount of people kiting there already - too many in my opinion which is why I don't get there too often. Went there recently to practice something and numbers have more than doubled since I was last there 6 months earlier.
There's a couple of instructors there already which is sufficient. When there's more its too many.
This is not a place to just rock up and start teaching.

Yes, love as my boyfriend says it's good manners to say hello. Common courtesy.
These instructors need to show Some consideration as well. If the location is a busy weekend with lots of kite boarders. Take them to a quieter spot where they won't be anybody's way. Its like taking a learner driver of a car out for their first attempt in busy inner city traffic.
You could buy your very own island somewhere far away from everyone else just for you
and your mates... Or if it's too crowded for you,go try kiting somewhere else. Or try going back too kindergarten and learning to share...

I think you've missed the point!
The point being that there is limited space at KFC and that new instructors rocking up and teaching at this location is not a good idea.
There are plenty of beaches in the immediate area, why start a new school in the middle of an already crowded spot where long term guys are already teaching !?

There is zero beach at high tide , how can they be taught to ''walk of shame''
After instruction at kfc they come back to there spot were they know and can't walk there kite back upwind.
People pay to get there kite taken upwind . just one reason .
When I was learning I found it safer at Shearwater , more space ,heaps less public and deeper water .
Anyway we were all learners at one stage , its all good and keep yourself and but more importantly others safe .
Keep the beaches open .

Yes it would be courtesy to the local Aussie Citizen Kite Instructors if your just going to rock up, set up shop on their established door step, undercut by a fair bit and lower the value/standard of service and just barge your way in to an already crowded location to not even consult with them as to that you would like to work in with the local scene and not tread on any toes and contribute to the local kiting community. Instead of hanging on the periphery edge of a kiting location set up area and not even attempting to befriend any one, like all normal kiters do, except lurk about with their customers and try to fly under the radar (what does that do to the poor old customer in getting to know or fit in with the local kiting community and feel welcomed). These Euro's have no valid business visa let alone insurances to be operating a business in this Country whatsoever. It would be an entirely different matter if they were working under a legitimate Kite School if they have a valid Work or Working Holiday Visa. If the hand was on the other foot by us Aussies going to Europe and setting up a Kiting Instruction Business there, under cutting the locals and barging in on there turf I'm sure you might possibly end up as fish food. This is not about who is able to kite where or what colour your skin is, it's about respect to us as Aussies and not coming here and taking F#@king advantage of us and our country. If you have all the valid Visas to fully operate a business here in this Country then fair enough, if you don't then BUGGER OFF!

Do some basic research and you will realise (or maybe not with such bogan luck) that anyone can approach a council anywhere in this country and simply ask for a working permit to do business on a local beach, park and or advertise their business on a street, with your Working Holiday Visa. It's up to the council to accept or reject you MOST likely based on location and type of business. In other words, yes please... Sign here!. In some cases it's even free. You should really focus your white supremacist ideology to simply going to your local MP and insistening on them to change the law, which is the recourse any Australian citizen can do to change a law you think is unjust.
