Takers?? have been watching weather for DI trip Sunday - still up in the air.
The wind is a bit iffy - hoping it firms a bit but the tides are good.
Usual culprits I go with are out - and my youngster is stuck in the kite shop!!!

Cant make it sunday but will be keen in the future. The tides are good, I surf up there abit never kited. Just wondering why the wind looks iffy? Would of though that direction would be pretty good??

When the wind is on the lighter side and swings to the North - the main pressure system is weak - local seabreeze can flick 20-45 degrees to east - this makes Noosa g8 and DI a waste - happened last time I was up there - but had many memorable sessions and love getting away....

Did you guys end up going to DI?? Wow what a bummer, thats a mission to then get no wind!?? I got a downwinder in from Castaways to Coolum around luchtime.
