Anyone have info on the average wind strength for months sep-dec??
ie. average kite size used??
ill be based in brisbane area (visiting from ireland)

the wind season usually starts in september and runs thru to march, wind is usually between 15-25knt and is fairly consistent. 11/12/13m are the most common kite sizes around brisbane, but i guess it depend on ur weight. wind strength for the 12 is 15-22kn, above that most are on 9s, then 7s for the odd 30kn+ days, but we only usually see a couple of them each season.
