I temporarily went to WA for work where all my colleagues were into kitesurfing, so naturally I caught the bug! I got to the point where I could stand up for awhile, so brought all my gear then the job finished up so I was sent back to SEQ : (
That was Janurary! My good intentions of continuing here have been an epic fail, I haven't been out once due to lack of 'kitesurfing friends'.
Ill get to my point...I want to meet some other guys/gals who are into KS in SEQ. INTERESTED?
I came here from Canada a couple of weeks ago. Just show up at Brighton (North of Sandgate). Good launch, helpful crew, shallow water.....and so much warmer than anything in Canada. Just check the tide times. This weekend looks interesting.
