I would look at the Rebel if I was you. If not the Link would be good if you could use maybe a 9m in stronger winds.
What about a "C" kite like the F-One Tribal. Best of both worlds, depower to keep you on the wave but can unhook wave ride with ease.

I've heard the XBow 2 is good, 9m is nice.

XBow 2 and SB2 are both a great option. Not only because of their performance in the air, but also because of the ease of relaunch, which some of the brands you mentioned don't have.

As you know, relaunching a kite in big waves quick and easily can make a difference between a intact or a trashed kite...

The 9m Rebel is a great wave kite with a surfboard. I'm 85Kg and have used it in 15 -30 Knots the last couple of weeks. The range is incredible don't even think about the 12m at your weight.

It's very fast, good depower when hooked in but also rides unhooked like a C. This is the feature I liked about the Rebel over the Cab Bows.

Relaunch is the only thing I'm not so sure about yet. Seems to need a different technique.

All the above mention kites are good, but if you want great go the Naish Shockwave.
