octane v fuel

anyone tried a 14m 2006 octane or 2006 13m fuel. so whats the difference ,what would you buy and why, have the new fuels got the huge range of the octane's with the 5th line??

IMO the Octane has more top end and the Fuel better bottom end, I've have ridden my 14m Octane in winds up to 30kts with out to much drama. The Fuel is a more durable constructed Kite and it's bottom end is allot better than the Octane. If you prefer riding flat water and love big jumping go the Octane. If your into the surf and wake style riding go the Fuel, it will take more punishment than the Octane.

hammerhead, thanks for that I was really interested in how much the 5th line on the 2006 really trims so you can get allot larger range, or is it just like the 2005 one line where the kite isn't designed around the 5th line
