Hi too all I'm about to start this topic and too see how and when will lend do any one see or hear anything for the new C4 any info will be welcome .

The C4 usually gets released late November, after the Reo and the Catalyst in September/October, so we probably won't hear much for a few months.
Looking at what they did with the Edge I'm putting my money on D2 cloth, sexy new graphics, and some subtle tweaks to the shape!

not sure if its just the image rescaled but they look much higher aspect than in previous years

hope the protect the seams in the leading edge because in last years models
after some sessions seams started to tear
2012 model still the best for me!

Steady Mr North! My aussie flag colour C4 is best looking kite ive ever had....certainly not inspired by opening a babies dirty nappy or pile of spew as most north kites seem to be
brown, pink and lime green...together cmon!

New colours aren't my taste but until you see in the flesh hard to tell

As for flight characteristics, if they lowered the bar pressure a little id have nothing bit C4s and a Zepher

If your old arms need a lighter bar pressure then perhaps you should try the Vegas mate. Or the Mist, I heard there is one for sale . Or the Razor if you want a really good kite.

Haha yes okay. I was just commenting on the improved graphics. Flight wise the C4 has never been my cup of tea. Good kite but not for me. Maybe this one will be? You'll notice that I actually say good things about a lot of brands we don't sell. For instance I think the new Vegas looks f***ing great. Really well done by North. Also digging the new Razor and Torch. Don't act like you know anything about me

I bought a kite that's rated highly by most and I don't like it catalyst 2013 .
Now going back to a c4 that most don't like .

Drury is one of the best kiters in australia therefor his opinion counts for something. after all that is why you get sponsored in the first place.
Everything he has said about anything that i have ever ridden has been spot on.
If you could do half the stuff he can do on a kite maybe your opinion would matter too.

Hope the same as I had a similar problem with my 2013-2014. Ordered them today

I think a lot of people will be pleased with the 2015, i have had mine out for a couple of sessions and there are some great improvements all round.

What is the biggest improvments compared to the 2014 in you opinion?

Is alive check it on ozonekites.com/products/water-kites/c4

More power all round, more stable and great for pop and drop wakestyle tricks. Less twitchy so is great to park and ride. More drive in the loops.
I could go on and on but the only real way to justify these kites is to test them for yourself as everyone has different opinions.

Yep had a good go on the 11 last Saturday at a Kitepower demo in Sydney, it felt great! Getting even closer to a C-shape feel while still retaining user friendliness.
Should be getting my 9 and 12m this week, hopefully can get enough wind for a couple of sessions on both in the next few days for a more detailed review!
