Looking for advice please.
My trim line is wearing thin where it feeds through the bar and needs replacing. Do I have to get a spacific Naish smart loop trim line or is it easy to replace with another trim line of the same lenth? Where do get a replacement trim line?
I`m in W.A. safetyBay area.
Also, is it just my kite (helix 12m) that flaps like a bird when it`s strong gusty? Or do they all tend to do that?
Advice will much appreciated, thanks.

same thing happened to me with my 9M helix- pain in the butt! I tried a few things, none of which worked- had to get the naish smart loop put in, your local kite shop should be able to help with that. HAving said that, if you already have a smart loop, then any piece of rope'll do.

The flapping will happen in strong gusts, but can be minimised that if you pump the kite REALLY hard

Yeah, the smart loop rope can easily be replaced.
Just take it into a sailing/marine shop and match it up with something on the reels. I found the same type of rope at my local yacht shop for a couple of dollars /metre.

Already have the smart loop. So I`ll see if I can replace it myself.
Thanks.
