Kiteboard Suggestions (SS Misfit, Naish T, etc.)

I will be visiting Perth Feb 1-27 and currently look for a new kiteboard. Thinking of a Naish 4.7" T for waves, and a Slingshot Misfit 2007 for all other conditions. Are there any stores in Perth with demo boards to test-drive before buying? (only tried a misfit prototype for about 10 minutes last August). Any recommendations for similar types of boards would be greatly appreciated as well.

Hi perthvisit, Firstly I work for slingy, good to hear that your interested in a board. best idea to get a demo one of everthing to have a ride on, casue i think you'll love the slingy best. if you want to ride all conditions you may better off with an sx over a misfit as the sx turns better, and is easier to ride in choppy water, slightly more flex for a more forgiving ride. The misfit cranks up wind a bit better, and has more pop when you load it up. Definetly an awesome flat water board, but can be a little rough in chop.
Try choice or windforce for demo as the bous do have all the gear. if you can have a run on the fuse and let me know what you tihnk.

Thanks for all your suggestion - didn't find a Misfit to try, so I ended up with an SX 137 ... great board so far! Cheers, Arno
