I'm pretty sure byerly must just re badge the hyperlight binding system because they look exactly the same. (http://www.wakehouse.com/products/byerly-system-wakeboard-binding.html vs www.wakehouse.com/products/hyperlite-system-wakeboard-binding-clear.html). The boots themselves look a little different but are at similar price points.
