Has anyone compared 2009 nemi 8mtr to 2009 Waroo 9mtr. does the 8mtr nemi have as much grunt as a 9 mt waroo in same conditions. Why ?I am trying to work out which to buy! A mates got a new 2009 9mtr waroo he's stoked with that I've got a 2006 Waroo which has been great soon I am going to up grade to one of these 2. Then throw in a Kahoona of similar size which one! or Dos
Go the 08 Nemi. It is a HP kite & you can throw it around like a Mad Man. Freestyle & kite loop king, Big Surf. The Waroo is very EZE kite to fly. Me, I would give it to my Girlfriend to ride. The Kahoona is a good Learner or fantastic unook kite, doesn't stall when powered up, but slow in the kite loops, good lift. The F-One dos is good all round so far the best Delta kite on the market so far. Kite loop, hooked,unhooked, surf, it does it all. you know you can get the F-one Revolt & save hundreds on a Dos.
yeh no worries Ive been leading towards nemis but the rave is deltas & dos seems to top there list so whats the diff from a dos to the revolt?
The kite is just as good a bit deeper lots of low down grunt, the bridle is the same as the 08 dos as it only has two attachment points on the LE, But it is shorter than the 08. The bar is not Carbon, the cleet is a sash strap, not rope & metal, the bag is simple. In short cut back on the bag, bar so you can look to save around $300 to $400 on a similar size kite (don't Quote me on price but that's close). the sizes are a bit different to the Dos more like the 08 bandit sizes. (. 9,11. 5, 13 so-no).
Yeh thanks I ll hve to see if I can find a dealer in Perth to try one out and the dos2 I know Choicy has nemi so it a stop there to thanks for your help cheers
i currently have a 14 nemesis and a waroo 11m Waroo i know that these are different sizes to what you are looking at but mate out of these i personally believe that the nemesis is the way to go. The nemis can be a lot harder to relaunce compared the waroo but this only is in very light in your case this should not worry you hope this helps mate
Yeh tried a kahoona 9.5 today seems good good hang time if they put a stopper in wuold been good great for surf & L to inters. need to try 09 evo & bandit dos2. diffrent style of kite but iam prepared now flown Kahoona's
