Thats a tough call, depends on the style of riding you do predominantly.
If you like to unhook more, and do freestyle/wakestyle moves, then the 14M SB2, if you tend to ride hooked in and like to do big floaty jumps, waveriding, etc, then Contra 14M.

SB2 14m is the best 14m I have tried! Light bar pressure and flys super fast and responsive.... pulls like a 16m with the responsiveness of a 10 or 12m!!!
The Contra 14m pulls very hard.... its the lightwind powerhouse... gets me going in nothing, I think a heavier guy might prefer the contra.
I tried the new Omega 12M the night before last, in 1 to 1 mode, it was good fun, only issue I had was that in the stronger gusts, which were around 25-27 knots, I found the depower lenght too long for my shortness.
Otherwise a nice and versatile kite, construction is absolutely bombproof, Cabrinha have utilised a new construction method which uses 2 layers of sailcloth in all areas os stress, like down the back of the 5 struts, trailing edge and leading edge to sail. The leading edge seam has been reinforced in the same way that the new Slingy TD2 has.
Of the kites you mentioned, my favourite for those winds is the 9M CB2, but I have sold just as many 8M SB2's. I think the CB2 is a bit more stable and gives better hang (oops) time.
