if he put in a bar as well he would sell the kite, no one wants one without a bar
12 meter is my light wind kite.. they are sweet for me in 12 knot and above downwinders over 17 knots i change to my 10...
personaly didnt like the smaller 9 meter 08 rebel... so sold it
