Thought i would give everyone an update
www.seabreeze.com.au/forums/Kitesurfing/General/pre-tensioned-slab-board-back-to-whiteboard/ and change the name thank you waveslave
I changed the 1.6 mm cable out for 3.2 witch led to this problem
I solved this problem with a piece of 19mmx25mm Red gum and a 3mm 25x25 angle that i plan to hide later with a tail pad.
The ramp in a bag still has a lot of flex more then my TT but i think it will be just ride-able and i hope coating the boards in epoxy after i have shaped them will stiffen it even more. the mark 2 will be thicker to solve that problem.
I have shaped the edges of the boards to give the ramp in a bag its rocker
this worked vary well
The rocker is can be changed with the center cable because it runs closer to the topside of the board.
The ramp in a bag will be 1525mm 5 foot long, 485mm wide 19"and 5.3kg heavy.
I will attach the nose peace with bolts through the nose plate before tighting the cables and the tail peace will be attached with 2 pins and a nut on the center tightening rod.
This is the shape i have chosen so far I am going with a flat bottom and limited to 2 or 4 fins because of the center cable and the space around the tightening rods.
All suggestions on shaping the ramp in a bag welcome.
