Had to go a 50th!

Sat outside at the Indian Ocean Brewery gazing out to sea feeling the wind on my face.

Had to have a few pints to drown my sorrows!

Zephyr. Good floaty jumps. Bunch of other zephyrs and a turbine out there also.

i fly home off nights on wed get home about 11am think ill head strait down to mulla,s for an hour or two until i need to get some sleeeeeep

Yeah we got a good 2 hours yesterday in Townsville, QLD. Wind dropped like a stone after 4pm. It's been a crap season so far.

Was some sweet sweet swell coming through sat! Awesome conditions for a down winder..still frothing off it now i'm back on site, fingers crossed for similar conditions next weekend!

Without hi-jacking this thread, I was just wondering are they still running that down winder bus from Scarbs to City Beach?? I might have some time in Perth shortly and that photo looks like heaps of fun.

Yup contact Todd 0400 206 854 or Facebook him Downwinder transport.

He does Sorrento to freo a couple of times an arvo when there's wind. You can choose your pick up/drop off points.

It was a great DW with the storm on Thursday to get the banks and a 2 meter swell it was on, quite a few guys did a couple of DW in a row,everyone was frothing.
If u look at the pic my mate had snapped 5 inches of his nose off and the glass pealed off in 2 places down the length of his board.
