i recon it would work in a slow melty kinda way. But if you have a nice wind up dune slope you can do some snowkiting like gliding! I've done this before on the landboard when the dunes are hard after rain. I've also done it a bit in the buggy. Buggy airtime needs to have precisely timed soft landings as you absorb any hard impacts with your spine!

Check this spot out for lakes Chris. They avaporate and change position each year so where exactly they are in a bit of a lucky dip.
I'm serious about the quick sand. Don't drive on anything that is dead flat above the high tide line. Stick to undulating terrain.
