Thumbs Up

Doing a trip to New Cal mid September . I have done a search on SB mainly windsurf reviews with some kite videos. I'm after a bit more info on gear and places to kite. I'm staying at the Chateau Royal which is at Anse Vata beach which I believe has good shallow kiting out front. Looking at taking my TT & Slingshot Converter with my 7 & 10m plus a foil. I want to get to the outer reefs for the waves. My question is will I need a 12m that time of year and what are the best spots to kite , plus do you have recommendations for boats to get to the outer islands/reefs.

Any advice appreciated.

a little early for the trades, i would take a 12 too

a drive up to poe can produce a few extra knots - its a bit of a drive tho.

have had sessions in mid winter - you never know - but far less likely
