This is turning into a "Colin"oscopy for poor Leo

Ok uckme I've been drawn in. This bloke by all accounts is a real good surfer and then it seems that what ever brand of kite he gets on makes him a real good Kitesurfer. He is surfing Malingy pipe in this vid and shows he's good full stop. This was a **** arvo with surfers trying to shoulder hope and yet he's getting barrelled. He's good!!

Great skills but;
He is ruining those paddle in surfers holiday that's for sure.
And giving us wave kiters a bad name!
There a plenty more uncrowded waves in the area. I'm happy to PM secret spots.
There is no need to snake other surfers unnecessarily!
Can you give him an outsiders perspective please Colin?

He doesn't need crowd funding. He seems quite capable of traveling to many kite locations around the world without crowd funding assistance!

I don't know how this works though. I understand the story goes like this.......

Leo goes to Indo. Leaves you on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Someone stands on the beach in Indo videoing Leo. They then email?!? the video to you in Sydney. You ask your new helper Douglas to come over and help you open the email (or however you got it sent to you), you tell Douglas where to post it on seabreeze and what to type and now Douglas is now by your side typing more stuff for Leo in Indo.

Faaaaark me. That's a lot of coordination to post something on seabreeze!!

If I was Leo, I would have just created a fake account, pretended it wasn't me and just posted it on seabreeze myself.

I suppose he's just an honest guy wanting to play by the rules.

totally agree , burning surfers on **** waves(albeit sum barrels) is not an endearing look

The surfers were pretty stoked and having fun no one was upset they was just learnig to surf and Leo asked then first if he could kite there and they could take any waves they want so the only ones upset are you guys

He did many years volunteering in Brazil for a quadriplegc friend
And now he is working for me full time
