holysheet! That looks like so much fun! Even with paragliding experience I can't say I would ever have the guts to do that. Way too much can go wrong way too quick
yeah rainbow beach should work. or anywhere with tall steep sand dunes coming close to the water. throw in a nice on shore breeze and there's the updraft for that float time!

ok i admit i'm prone to some dune riding. it awesome fun. you don't need to go as silly as the above links. Some landboard dune jumping at the 6 min mark
