I'm a little confused about the names of grabs and direction.

If I do a back roll on my left tack and I grab the "front" on the board with the front hand, I call that a nose grab.
If you do the same grab and same hand but later as you land toe side. Is that a tail? It feels like a tail?

So dose the names of grabs change if your landing toe or heal side?

Iv been trying to land this grab with back to wrapped.

I would assume that the front of the board in the direction you are going is the nose, so it would remain a nose grab regardless of how you landed

Still nose regardless of when you grab during the rotation. I'd say the other end of the board only becomes the nose of the board once you land to revert

Yeh I'm not really convinced, I recon it's a tail, im not neaning forward, and the direction the board is facing when I grab it's a tail.
I think it's the same grab that Liam was throwing on his mobe 5 on the tour last year.

Maybe rowdy could shed some light!

If a guy can do every grab on the diagram, I'd be far more impressed if he can name them.

It would still be nose if you grabbed late and did the full mobe rotation, so why would it change for only half the rotation. Look at tricks like a bee sting it's a nose grab but looks like tail as you land.
