This is the result of hitting a rock at close to full speed.
Plugs intact, fin secure. Back to beach, swap out and away.

I'm calling it a freak of physics.

Since no-one has replied I will pipe in and say good news is your front fin screw was not tight enough to rip out the plug, bad news is it didn't.
