Last year Sam Light from Slingshot visited the Sunny coast and put on a pretty good show at Point Cartwright Qld with some nice tricks off the natural 3ft kickers coming through!

I sometimes wear a hawian shirt in summer. Does that count?

Met him in Sydney at Botany a couple of years ago. Great skills. He's a Cool guy and very easy to talk too. He seems to have time for everyone. He's Good a Brand Ambassador. His sponsors have gotta be Happy with him. I ride Cabrinha's myself, but Slingshot have invested well in sponsoring Sam.

Hi Plummet please share some pics with us to show. Especially if your tricks are as stylish as the above pic of Sam Lights boned out Melon grab.You have to agree though hitting waves on a twin tip and going for either a stylish grab or big air is alot of fun! Reminds me alot of snowboarding down a mountain and hitting natural terrain kickers... Except you have a parachute to soften your fall when you mess up :)Editor - Ollie J

I have no pics of me doing board grabs and boosting in waves dammit. One day someone may take a picture!

The only picture I have of a board grab is landboarding. Not nearly as stylish. Though I don't profess to be stylish or cool....


I do admit that a stylish grab is the shiz and boosting in waves is what i love to do most!..... I don't know why more people don't do it?
And yes i like the photo's there needs to more or dudes punching stuff in the waves...........

My bro does these double kite loops nearly every session above 20 knots. He just can't get it in his head to downloop after the main loop. Damn he lands hard and fast, sometimes with spectacular high speed crashes. Lucky he's built like a brick sh1thouse and is a mad as a cut snake without fear.

Sometimes though he pulls it off, and becuase he's gone so big and pulled so early on the first one, gets the second one around and lands well...awesome to see....
