Has anyone else ever experienced this or heard of this happening?

Today while I was out at my local spot, my kite went crashing to the ground as the plastic 'interface swivel' on the front lines broke where the depower line attaches. See photos.

Hard to tell do you think you could take a few more photos just to make it clearer

Agree with the wizard... pics don't really show the damage, can you add some close up macro shots..

Maybe HP can get his wand out and conjure you up a new svivel?

Same thing happened to me last year... When by bar had around 3 month... Naish replaced the swivel under warranty...

Maybe you should take it to the place you bought it from?
