I know it sounds a bit out there - but it only took me about half an hour and I did it during work time - I had to do something kiteboarding related seeing as there has been a lack of wind here. Put it this way, the effort nearly won me the board.

You should have done a Polynomic logarithmic multidifferential calculus inversion to correct for the tachyon shift of probability and you would have had the answer!!
But - 10kg's as a guess for thegavins! I would hate to have that thing strapped to my feet!! Probably has an icebreaker on the front of it!!

I used the density of wood by an estimated volume of the board and got 1.83. Not too far off with only a perspective photo to guess the dimensions of the board!
I know a few engineers and they sucked at learning to kiteboard because they were to busy telling me how the kite should be rigged for optimal performance and what not hahahaha.
