It was best 15-20 kts if you want a surfy and maneuverable kite that gets out of your way, above 20ish it's only good for mowing the lawn because turning it starts to get too powered with too much bar pressure so you have to baby it too much. I didn't think the drift was any good, it's easy to outrun, it will front stall and then you have to foil back upwind to recover it, if you fail it'll invert into the lines, whereas a kite that drifts well like a dedicated wave kite will float backwards and remain controllable. Sold mine pretty quickly. Ozone Reo flies much better IMO. That said I'm also 99% winging / parawinging these days.
