To cut a looong story short, I purchased a CFX65DZ and the shop gave me a single zone model by mistake. to return and get the dual zone one, I need the box I threw away. has anyone bought a WAECO CFX65 single zone and wants to get rid of the box? I'm willing to trade for a 6 pack of your favorite beer. I live in Burleigh Heads QLD

I thought I replied to this. that's illegal for them to demand the box - against consumer law.
tell them, the manager should know. they gave you the incorrect goods. google it. quote the paragraph. mention the ombudsman. no manager in their right mind will say no

the post got deleted because I cross posted,sorry Laurie!. I hear what you are saying, she is adamant and the only way will be going down the road of the fair trading, ACCC. If I could get the box it would save a lot of head ache for me,otherwise. yes Fair trading is the next step.
