Where would you live in Australia (or not...), if money didn't matter
What would be the main criteria - good surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing nice beaches free from four-wheel drives
rain forests or open grassland
I like the towns on the rivers/coast south of Hobart... or maybe somewhere away from the noise on the sunshine coast...
i think the best places are seasonal. If you have the coin, winter one spot, summer another, maybe a few mor
i.e winter in NQ maybe on the beach at mission beach. summer down on the surf coast.
Somewhere between Coffs and Brisbane but 20-40 minutes inland. Bass, cod etc and a short drive from good surf. That'd do me just fine.

Hey Pug... my son is there now. Been averaging -16 to -22 degrees. One day it got to zero and he was in a T-shirt outside!
They've had a good snow season though - he's been there about 6 weeks with 3 more to go. Enjoy.
