On my lunch time wander I came across (well he nearly ran into me) a bloke on a single wheel thing with stationary pedals either side of a foot high wheel. He was getting along with a high pitched hum. It was weird but kinda cool. Looked like a cross between Mall Cop and Star Wars. Any ideas??

Airwheel? Do the chargers/ batteries catch fire on these too?

electric unicycle? (bit older than the above and a bet more 'seated' position)
