Thank you for the reply! In the original thread they were passing around a CAD template, I tried reaching out to the originally posters with little luck. I'll use AI if I have to, but really looking for that particular printable template. But good advice regardless, thank you!
Quite often you can find older threads that have been knocked off the perch by typing them direct into a search engine (eg google) heres one i found from 2016 by typing in "hamboard classic seabreeze":

there were a few that came up, not sure that the one above is the one you are looking for.

If you want to search Google using only results from a particular website try something like
'Hamboard site:seabreeze.com.au'
Looking at those things, I think I want one.
