Not naming the brand as they where very good in sorting it out quickly, Cobra made it so really its an issue with their quality control.

That foam does not look like high enough density for a surfboard
Definitely not a windsurf board with no PVC layer
I assumed SUP bottom... now I am very curious!

Just a bit of glass over low density styro. Wow

There's supposed to be a 2mm layer of expanding epoxy there somewhere, guess that's the bit they missed out.
theres thousands of these boards out there so it must kinda work if they remember the glue but it seems very fragile to me"

Hmmmm will have to dig out my two snapped Cobra factory boards to see their construction. Kept in the attic for a future art project.

Post pics, I would be interested to see the difference if any.
