My morning routine includes coffee but first I have a teaspoon of guarana grind in some OJ. That kicks start me better than coffee!

Having a nutria ninja AND coffee machine means you have officially stopped being a bogan and graduated to caffe latte p o o f mate

WTF am I going to be if I get a grinder too?
Btw I've never been a bogan, just a weirdo, and my masculinity can be assured by the fact that the "coffee machine" is a stove top pressure cooker (Bellman CX25P).

www.coffeecrew.com/gear-equipment-coffee/392-bellman-cappuccino-maker-reviewed.html
Getting started with the Bellman takes some getting used to, as it is a far cry from any other home unit in terms of design. The unit has a series of valves and removeable pieces which can be confusing out of the box.
the unit is completley manual for heating and is not being driven by a continuous electric pump and heating element. This means you can run out of pressure middway through brewing or steaming. I will say that using the Bellman does take some getting used, very similar to a La Pavoni lever-style espresso machine. However, if you do take the time to learn and are looking for a stove-top unit, look no further.
The CoffeeCrew rates the Bellman as a must-have for all serious coffee fans that have to have a variety of brew methods.

^^^p o o f?

Anyway where can I get some quality beans, freshly roasted?
I'll worry about pressure, and the grind post partum... I aint ever gona get a perfect expresso perché it only goes to 5 bar.

Recommendations:
Grinders Rich Expresso?
Aldi beans.
50-50 Ethiopian Gambella sundried and Brazil Yellow Bourbon Especial, where can I get this?

These style machines can make a cracking coffee
IMHO there's not a huge void between this style and a costly machine
I've 2
Ones the price of a car the others the price of a tyre , but makes a respectable creme

I feel bad about the "environment destroying pod machine" from Nespresso now after reading this.

There's no win in the search for the world's best coffee. I assume everyone is using Fair Trade coffee beans.

Yes but it still isn't a fair trade when you see the hard labour that goes into producing a cup of quality coffee , if people watch a video on what's required to get a coffee in their hand they'd be stunned at the process

Speaking of cat poo coffee. The poor Civets are being factory farmed to produce coffee.

I stand corrected everything seems to be in order your masculinity is assured
BUT if you get a grinder as well you have to cut your hair zero back and sides 4.5cm on top slick back
to be distinguishable to the crema crew
Dont blame me thems the rules

Green beans from coffee snobs and local roaster to cook them fir you.

Or you can get close roasted from cs. Just get a different Ethiopian like harrar longberry. The Peru ceja de silva also good with an African bean.

Just clicked on something in here and got this:

How droll.

Right now it's thermonuclear home brewed beer chased down by some Laphroaig 10 year. Tomorrow morning will be the coffee...

How are you with broccoli? I was reading something similar where they suggested that genes can affect taste and some things that people find perfectly normal taste awful to others.

Well I opened my Christmas present 10 days ago, and I've tried some 9 varieties of coffee beans, and all have distinct flavours. There seems to be quite a difference in caffeine content too.

- Salvadorian and Ethiopian beans are my favourites.
- Nescafe Short Black isn't bad, holds up quite well, but now it's probably my 3rd least favourite, bcos it lacks character.
- The stove top coffee machine isn't bad, but takes ~10 mins to get going + it's a bit dangerous as the coffee kind of explodes or drips out.
