Yeah....dunno, I'm calling fake...it would be pretty easy to transition to dive footage as the camera moves in and out of the water.

Jump Rock near Little Manly in Sydney Harbour. Hundreds of kids on the northern beaches have jumped from here. Hence the fence put in by Manly council.
Obviously doesnt stop them. Probably more likely to cop a Bull shark but whites are always around.

given all the bad publicity that GWS's get, what more would he have to do to get that shark interested

I think I'd take on the shark any day compared to the rock jutting out of the cliff the base jumper bounced off !!
