When I first saw this pic, I just figured another idiot that can't spell.
It's at the Byron Bay Lighthouse, I was later told that it's actually a term for people who transfer their home to Australia from some other country. So is this true, and if so, how long has it been an understood term?

The last word "ARDEAD", could be misspelt to mean "Ardent" which is very enthusiastic or passionate. I would agree with that. "The quiet achiever"
