Jenny Graney has been sailing International Mirror dinghies since she was a slip of girl, as crew and as a skipper, and her performance in The Showdown regatta this weekend left no doubt as to her ongoing skills after 30 years in the class. 'Mrs Mirror', as she is affectionately known, won the International Mirror class at The Showdown over the weekend, sailing Carpe Diem, with crew Susan Revill. In eight hard races, including four in mostly pouring rain today, Carpe Diem, representing the Kingston Beach Sailing Club, scored six wins and two seconds to finish on 8 points, well ...
