Saturday's SCM winter fleet was adorned with slightly warmer sunny conditions but there was little wind. The race management team exhibited their usual skill in accommodating the challenging conditions eventually setting the fleet away in the forecasted Nor'easter, 0.9kts of breeze at 1300. As the start approached the wind shifted and the pin end became very favoured. Phil Clinton from 2Xcess reported 'By good luck and some planning that was where we were.
